Mr. Shpati Dragoti is a member of the Albanian Bar Association since 2011, specialized in civil, administrative, commercial and criminal court cases. Mr. Dragoti has an extensive experience in the Albanian courts of all instances including the Supreme Court.
Mr. Dragoti fully supports foreign clients on any trans-boundary and custom matters concerning all commercial activities relevant to the client’s needs. Mr. Dragoti is also specialized in real estate issues and cases of property ownership in Albania.
